![]() Who do you coach and what kind of coaching do you provide?Ġ5:23 Tomas Svitorka: I’m going through a rebranding process at the moment because over the few years I’ve been coaching, it has crystalized in my mind who I want to work with. Let me start with the basics of what you’re up to (what you’re accomplishing). ![]() You can have that kind of confidence that, “Hey, you know I’m going to take this stuff and run with it.” So that’s fantastic. I think it does stand out when you know who you are and you know what you’re going to do to make something happen. …so I don’t know if I’ve earned that, but I think I’ve come quite close to that.Ġ4:41 Jeffrey Sooey: Yeah, this case study is a sign of that, so this is really fantastic, and I think I vaguely remember that conversation, but it’s seldom that a new student of ours will actually say something like that. You probably don’t remember, but in one of our first emails that we exchanged (I was applying for the Quickstart Coaching Code, I believe), I told you that I’ll be one of your best students. Tomas, it’s really great to have you here, and thanks for sharing some of how you’ve gotten so far as a coach.Ġ4:18 Tomas Svitorka: It’s a pleasure to be here, Jeff, and I’m really honored that you’re interviewing me like this. Tomas has been an international speaker, trainer, and workshop facilitator based in London, UK, but also his coaching business has taken him around the world. He’s a great example of what’s possible for a coach to achieve, so he’s actually attracted several coaches that have wanted to achieve the same level of success that he already has, which is fantastic.
